Jubilee Clinic
Dear Residents,
Some of you will have noticed work being carried out on the Jubilee Clinic on Pound Lane.
This was the parish office until 2024 when the office moved to its current location on Sunnyside.
The work is to upgrade the clinic and bring it into a good modern standard for future use.
One of the council’s objectives is to improve the energy efficiency of the building. The initial work is being carried out by a group called Volunteer It Yourself (VIY)
VIY challenges young people aged 14-24 to learn trade and employability skills by renovating local community places and spaces.
This work will take about 3 weeks and is carried out free of charge to the council.
Once completed the council will look at further improvements both to the building and the energy efficiency with a view to its future use for the village.
Regards
Dean Rawnsley
Chair Heacham Parish Council.
